Appointments and Referrals
Appointments are available for psychiatric evaluation, medication management, therapy, and other clinical services when appropriate. All services begin with an individualized evaluation conducted by a licensed healthcare professional.
Individuals and families may request appointments directly through our office. We also accept referrals from healthcare providers, school counselors, pediatricians, therapists, and other professionals.
Scheduling availability varies based on provider calendars and clinical demand. Our staff will work with you to identify an appointment time that aligns with availability and clinical appropriateness.
Medication-Related Requests
For patient safety and privacy, medication management questions and refill requests are not processed through email or online forms. Please contact the office directly at (813) 657-7022 to discuss medication-related matters.
After-Hours Communication
Outside of regular office hours, calls are routed through an answering service. When clinically appropriate, the on-call provider may return your call. For privacy purposes, return calls may not display the office phone number on caller ID.
This practice does not provide continuous crisis intervention services.
