Welcome to Dr. Troy Noonan’s Mental Health Management Group. Individuals and families may request an initial consultation to determine appropriate next steps in care.

All services begin with an individualized evaluation conducted by a licensed healthcare professional.

For your convenience, consultation requests may be submitted here. Requests received during office hours are reviewed by our administrative team, and you will be contacted by phone or email regarding scheduling availability and next steps.

Please note: Medication refill requests and urgent clinical matters cannot be addressed through online forms. For medication-related concerns, please contact the office directly at (813) 657-7022.

After-Hours Communication

Outside of regular office hours, calls are routed through an answering service. When clinically appropriate, the on-call provider may return your call. For privacy purposes, return calls may not display the office phone number on caller ID.

This practice does not provide continuous inpatient crisis intervention services.

If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

New Patients: If you have not established a secure patient profile, please complete the New Patient form to submit a consultation request.

Existing Patients: Please log in to your secure patient portal to request an appointment.

Insurance Information

Psychiatry Services:
United Healthcare and private pay options are accepted for psychiatric evaluation and medication management visits. Insurance participation is subject to verification of benefits.

Psychology and Counseling Services:

Dr. Carrie Springer: Aetna, Cigna, Medicare, Tricare, United, and private pay.

Insurance coverage varies by plan. Patients are encouraged to confirm benefits directly with their insurer and with our office prior to scheduling.
